• Offers both free and paid subscription tiers

User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

• 5-minute check intervals
• Priority email delivery
• Export capabilities
• Automatic renewal until cancelled

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Cancellation and Termination

You may:

• Cancel your subscription at any time
• Continue using the service until your billing period ends
• Delete your account and all associated data

We may terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Attempt to compromise service security

Data Usage and Limits

To ensure fair usage:

• Pro accounts have reasonable usage limits
• We reserve the right to limit excessive usage

Limitation of Liability

EmberSignals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or data loss, arising from your use of the service.
